Cream of Mushroom Soup

This is a keto recipe that is high in vitamins and minerals, as well as protein. Among the minerals that potassium, phosphorus and iron provide us. It also has B vitamins like riboflavin. Cheese and cream give us fat.

  • Onion
  • Cooking cream
  • Cheese
  • Ground black pepper

We clean, peel and cut the vegetables.

We put oil in a casserole, add the onion and cook over low heat.

Add the mushrooms when the onion is half cooked, cover with water and cook over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

We let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.

After this time we add the cream and cheese.

Pass everything through the mixer or blender until it has the desired consistency.

Serve in a soup plate.
