Creamy Avocado Egg Salad with Crispy Bacon

This avocado salad with egg and bacon is an easy salad to prepare, it is very nutritious and the ingredients are within our reach. It takes little time to prepare.


  • 2 small avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or heavy cream)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, optional
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro


1-To make the salad with egg and avocado:

In a medium-sized bowl, add the diced eggs, bacon, and avocado. Also the cream, mayonnaise (preferably if it is homemade), coriander and lemon juice. Combine all the ingredients in a spoon until well mixed.

2-Garnish with recipe ingredients, such as bacon and egg, serve with whole wheat toast. It can be used as a filling for sandwishes and to be eaten with keto tortillas.
