Egg with bacon

This Egg with bacon is a way to start the day with a lot of energy, it is a meal that never fails. It is a common breakfast and easy to prepare but it is better with keto pancakes.


  • 1 strip of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 30g mozzarella or emmental cheese
  • 15 g arugula or preferred green leaves
  • Leek slices to decorate (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1-First we must cook the strip of bacon and leave it on an absorbent paper for later.
2-In the same pan where we made the bacon, we must cook the egg to our liking, with salt and pepper according to the amount that best suits us.
3-Serve the egg, the avocado in strips, the strip of bacon, the cheese in cubes or in strips and the arugula leaves on a plate. Decorate with leek leaves.
