This Express keto bread is a basic but essential recipe, it is a ketogenic bread based on almond flour. It can be made in the microwave and is a low-calorie preparation.


  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • ¾ teaspoon chemical yeast
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon of whipping cream
  • Poppy seeds and onion/garlic powder to taste (optional)
  • a pinch of salt


1-Place all the ingredients in a bowl until you achieve a homogeneous mass without lumps.
2-Place the mixture in a bowl and cook for at least 2 minutes.
3-Let the bread cool and remove it from the mold. Then we can cake it if we wish.
