Grilled Chicken

This dinner is quick and easy, but it also has a lot of protein, you will only need the proper and basic condiments and a grill.

To find out if these chicken breasts are done, you can check the temperature with an instant-read meat thermometer.

The seasonings can vary according to your tastes.

Apply the seasonings and herbs of your choice to the boneless chicken breasts, then grill and wait 10 to 12 minutes (may vary depending on the size of the breasts and the type of cut and thickness of the breasts).

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened for uniform thickness.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Mustard to taste to apply to each breast.
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

 

METHOD

1-Prepare the grill over direct medium heat to cook the breasts.

2-Combine the chicken breasts with the olive oil, garlic, cumin, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well.

3-Grill the chicken breasts on the grill over direct heat with the lid closed for 10 to 12 minutes. Flip the breasts once.

The thermometer should read a maximum temperature of 160 ° F inserted into the thickest part of the breast when it reaches the indicated time.

Can be served with lemon wedges and coriander if desired.
