This salad is good for losing weight and is very healthy as it has broccoli, walnuts and blueberries among other ingredients that also give it a special flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 broccoli
- Homemade or commercial mayonnaise
- Walnuts
- Purple Onion
- Pumpkin seeds
- Dehydrated cranberries
METHOD
Cook the broccoli in boiling water in a couple of minutes. Then we make it in a bowl with water and ice. Then we drain.
Mix the ingredients, chopped onion, walnuts and pumpkin seeds as well as the dehydrated blueberries.
You can cook the broccoli for as long as you think necessary.
