Keto Burrito Bowl

This is a simple burrito recipe that is very rich and easy to prepare, it is also easy to customize the ingredients as you prefer.


  • 1 cup Mexican Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/2 cup Mexican Shredded Beef
  • 1/4 cup Keto Guacamole
  • 1/4 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro


1-Place all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.

2-You can also add hot sauce if you want.

3-Serve or save for later.


As topping we can use different options, but we also recommend roasted tomatillo sauce or keto elote.
