Keto Chili Mac and Cheese

This recipe is a traditional Chilli Mac and Cheese recipe. It does not have beans to make it low in carbohydrates.

Remember to use little onion in the chili, this due to the carbohydrates it contains.


First you should prepare a pot of chili Mac according to how you know best to prepare it. Do not use beans in your chili Mac recipe.

Once the chili is well cooked and ready, add cauliflower cut into pieces of about an inch. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes for the cauliflower to be soft.

Then sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top of the chili and it’s ready to serve.
