This is a keto recipe, it is low in carbohydrates, it is easy to prepare, it will take about 15 minutes. You can consume this recipe even if you are not on the keto diet.
- 1 lb (16 ounces) ground pork or beef
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 14 ounces shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 sriracha teaspoons
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1-Brown the pork or beef in a large skillet until it is not pink.
2-Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
3-Add the cabbage, soy sauce, ginger and sauté until the ingredients are tender.
You can add more water if you need it to sauté the coleslaw.
4-Make a hole in the center of the pan and add the egg. Stir until done over low heat.
5-Add the sriracha. Drizzle with sesame oil and then sprinkle with green onions. Also pour in soy sauce and more sriracha if you like.
