Keto Meatballs

These balls so that they are well formed, you can moisten your hands with water, but it is recommended not to use breadcrumbs.



  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil.


  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28-oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper.


1-Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl: ground beef, garlic, mozzarella cheese, pepper and salt. Then carefully form 16 meat balls.

2-Prepare a large skillet over medium heat with hot oil. Thoroughly fry all the meat balls until golden brown on all sides for approximately 10 minutes. Then remove the meat balls and put them on a plate lined with paper towels.

3-Then in the same pan add onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft. Then add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Then add the tomato and oregano and season with salt and pepper.

4-Now you can place the meat balls in the pan and cook with the pan covered for 15 minutes. Then garnish with powdered Parmesan cheese to serve.
