Keto Meatballs

Most traditional meatball recipes combine ground beef (turkey, pork, beef) with breadcrumbs, eggs, fresh parsley, and Italian seasonings.

To go on a keto meatloaf diet, simply swap out the breadcrumbs for a low carb alternative. It can be gluten-free flour such as almond flour or pecan flour.

You will only need a large bowl to mix the meat and a baking sheet.


  • 500 g / 1 free of ground meat of your choice (turkey, pork, beef)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop of whey protein (optional)


1-Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Put greaseproof paper on the baking sheet.

2-Mix the meat well in the bowl with all the ingredients until they are well incorporated.

3-Shape the meat mixture into balls of the same size and place them on the baking sheet prepared with the paper.

4-Bake for 18-20 minutes.

5-Let cool a little and serve.
