Keto pancakes

Pancakes are a breakfast option that you wouldn’t expect to be able to use on a ketogenic diet, but they can and are quite delicious. Try this Keto pancakes is you need some options for a family breakfast.

Ingredients for pancakes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 15 grams of Philadelphia type cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (to cook the pancakes)

Ingredients to accompany:

  • 50g whipped cream
  • 30g blueberries
  • Cinnamon to taste

Method:

1-Mix the eggs with the cheese until you get a homogeneous mass.
2- Heat our oil in a pan (if possible a special pan for pancakes). Cook the pancakes on both sides equally.
3-Serve with blueberries and cream. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
