Keto Quesadillas

In this recipe we will see that it is very easy to make a quesadilla, this recipe is typical of Mexican gastronomy, with the small adjustment of the coconut tortilla, which you will have to buy yourself but you can also look for a recipe to make it at home.

The amounts are suggested and can be adapted to your liking. You can add drops of lemon and spicy if you wish.


  • 1 coconut flour tortilla
  • 2 ounces boneless chicken (can be breast, leg, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon of guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 ounce grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt, garlic powder and pepper powder to taste
  • Butter


In a pan, place the butter and melt it.

Place the boneless chicken pieces cut into small pieces when the butter is hot, you should fry the chicken on both sides.

Add the salt, garlic and pepper to taste, you can also add red pepper and parsley.

Let the chicken cook and rest.

In another pan, place the tortilla and heat on both sides.

Once it is toasted, without turning off the heat in the pan, place grated cheese on the middle of the tortilla and top it with the chicken. (You must be careful that the heat is not too high so as not to burn the tortilla while you add the ingredients.)

Add the sour cream and guacamole, distribute it evenly and evenly.

Then add grated cheese on top, another even layer is fine.

Fold the tortilla in half.

Let melt and turn when the cheese on that side is melted.

Toast on the second side and mash with spatula.

When ready, remove from the pan and serve.
