Ketogenic crepes

Krepes are a widely enjoyed breakfast, they are a meal that everyone can like. In this recipe for Ketogenic crepes, the ingredients are substituted looking for those that are low in carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 40 grams of Philadelphia type cheese
  • Cinnamon and vanilla essence to taste

Ingredients for the stuffing:

  • 30 grams of Philadelphia type cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked turkey breast

Method:

1-Beat the eggs with the cream, cinnamon and vanilla until a uniform consistency is obtained in the dough.
2-Heat our frying pan and cook in it small portions of our crepe batter on both sides.
3-Fill the crepes with cream cheese and cooked turkey and then serve.
