This is a very delicious and low carb recipe. It is good to apply a natural chili powder to find a more authentic flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp ground chile powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano, rubbed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Optional
- 1 tsp low carb sugar (Swerve Granulated or sugar if not low carb)
METHOD
1-Place all the ingredients with the required measure in a bowl, then mix with a fork and then store in a small container and hermetically closed to keep fresh.
2-Serve 6-12 measures according to taste, give a carbohydrate for 2 small spoons of seasoning or 1/2 of carbohydrate for a small spoonful of seasoning.
The seasoning can be used to make skillet ground beef, then it can be served in tacos and burritos, but the tortillas should be keto tortillas so they are low carb.
This recipe makes a 1/4 cup of seasoning seasoning. This recipe is good for a pound of ground beef or half that would be 2 tablespoons of seasoning according to your taste.
