Smoked salmon and avocado are two ingredients that are well known in the keto diet, in addition to other diets, and are very healthy for their nutritional values.

This recipe for salmon and avocado tartar is easy and surprising, it has few calories but it is an ideal meal when we do not have much time, in addition, the ingredients that make it up are very easy to obtain. The calories we get in this recipe is 215 kcal per 100 grams.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loin of smoked salmon between 150 and 200 g
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Dried coriander, sesame and chives.

Method:

-First we must cut the smoked salmon into cubes and we will also do the same with the avocado. Then we’ll reserve for later.

-In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper well.

-Then we add the cubes of smoked room and mix it well in the container.

-Then we will have some plating rings to make each tartar:

First we cover the bottom of the ring with the avocado up to half the height of the container. Then we put the smoked salmon mixture on top of the avocado. We do the same with the second tartare.

To finish we decorate with dry coriander, chives and sesame to taste. We can serve immediately.

 

This is a recipe that can be very useful if we already have the ingredients prepared and packed in the fridge. This will give us less preparation time and can be used for lunch or dinner.
