Tuna is a healthy food and gives us flavor and nutrients to our recipes, also the boiled egg is a good contribution of animal protein necessary for our keto diet.
This is a quick and easy tuna salad to prepare. Its ingredients are easy to get and it is ideal for beginners of the keto diet.
- A can of tuna weighing about 180g
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
- 1 crisp lettuce
- 1 onion
- Two tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons homemade or commercial mayonnaise
-Drain the tuna and place it in a medium bowl for salad and reserve.
-Cut the hard-boiled eggs into pieces and then crush them with a fork to form a homogeneous paste.
-Then finely chop the onion and lettuce.
-Mix the tuna, eggs and onion in the medium bowl. Add the mayonnaise and the two tablespoons of lemon.
It can be stored in the fridge or can be served immediately.
